3. After your order arrives we will begin assembling your personalized box. Processing may take up to one week.

• You could receive duplicate items if this order is not your first one. In the notes section you can specify items you already own and modify your preferences.

• Once purchased Mystery Balls cannot be returned or refunded.

• The cancellation period for your order lasts only 30 minutes from the time you make the purchase. After that, all sales are final.

• Correct your shipping address by contacting us prior to the dispatch of your package if you entered it incorrectly. Delivery problems resulting from address errors cannot be our responsibility once your order is shipped.
