Q: What exactly is a Mystery Box?
A: It’s a surprise bundle packed with 3–15 adorable, curated items! You won’t know what’s inside until you open it — that’s the fun of it!


Q: Can I request specific items or colors?
A: You can leave preferences in the order notes (e.g., favorite colors or items you don’t want), and we’ll do our best — but no guarantees. It’s a mystery after all! 🎁


Q: Can I return or exchange my Mystery Box?
A: All sales are final. Because each scoop is a surprise and made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.


Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders take up to 7 business days to process, plus 8–12 business days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking info once it ships.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country.


Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.


Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
